The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, Healthcare Vertical Marketing position with NetMotion Wireless is a critical role for all marketing and communications activities. Directs the development of NetMotion Wireless marketing programs within the healthcare segment. Responsible for the assessment and implementation of channels, alliances, strategic partners, promotional programs, lead generation and product requirements. You will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing. This position is based in Seattle, WA and includes a base salary, full benefits, stock options, and a bonus plan.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, designing and implementation of healthcare business plans. Is responsible for setting the strategic direction with regard to healthcare. Develops the 2-year market growth strategy.
- Oversee market analysis to determine and size market opportunities by segment, identify target customers and track market share.
- Monitor competitive activity and identifies targeted requirements for products and programs.
- Define vision, strategies, and tactics for achieving market share goals.
- Work with Product Management to define, justify and develop products that meet the needs of the healthcare market.
- Establish partnerships and develop appropriate channel strategies in conjunction with the business development team and channel sales.
- Develop the marketing, communications and public relations plans in conjunction with business development, sales, public relations and marketing communications.
- Assemble training materials, tools, webinars, etc, to aid in the training of sales channels as well as customer education and Web strategy.
- Interface with and communicate to all parts of the company to ensure maximum participation in the evolving healthcare market strategy
- Identify strategic partners and build relationships with these partners
- Be the company's spokesperson for the healthcare market; attend/speak at internal and external events; and, own the analyst relationships within healthcare.
Qualifications
In this position, you must be able to hit the ground running in order to have an immediate and needed impact. To do this you must have a solid understanding of marketing communications based upon experience. In addition to this you will have:
- 7 - 10 years experience in marketing or business development.
- 5 to 7 years experience in healthcare (preferred)
- 5 to 7 years experience in technology marketing (preferred)
- Minimum of three to five (3 - 5) years of Web marketing experience.
- Proven communication, interpersonal and leadership skills in a diverse work environment
- Strong written and speaking skills
- An undergraduate degree
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
- Knowledge of the wireless computing industry (preferred)
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business or a related discipline
- Must be comfortable with public speaking
- Professional maturity, good judgment, leadership potential and strong communication skills are essential
- Travel approximately 20-30%

Physical Requirements
This position requires the manual dexterity sufficient to operate phones, computers, and other office equipment. The person in the role must communicate clearly using the English language to accurately convey information and be able to hear at normal speaking levels both in person and over the telephone.
